Biker Sustains Critical Injuries in Colorado Springs Motorcycle Accident

A 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix turned left onto East Fountain Boulevard around 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 17. He did not see the motorcycle heading his way, and the motorcycle crashed into the Grand Prix’s driver side door. Police investigated the scene until 8 p.m. that night.

Reports indicate that the biker is in serious condition. The driver and her baby sustained minor injuries.

Reports about the crash differ between news sources. Fox 21 News says that drugs, alcohol and speed did not play a role in the crash, while the Colorado Springs Gazette reports that drugs and alcohol were involved. Police have not said if they will charge the driver..
