Fatal Colorado Springs Motorcycle Accident Linked to Cyclist Losing Control of Bike

A nighttime motorcycle accident in Colorado Springs, Colorado left one man dead. Police said a 27-year-old male was headed eastbound on Rangewood when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into a tree. Two nurses who witnessed the crash immediately pulled over and tried to save the motorcyclist’s life, but he was pronounced dead after paramedics arrived. Investigators said they are unsure how the man sustained his injuries but they suspect he was speeding. Investigators are also awaiting a toxicology report to determine if there were any drugs or alcohol in his system.
