Wrong Way Driver Dies in Fatal Truck Accident

Police are still investigating a crash that claimed the life of a 19-year-old man who drove the wrong way on an interstate.

According to reports, Mathou Valenciano was driving north in the southbound lanes of I-25, about three miles south of Fountain. He crashed into a FedEx semi truck. Debris littered the highway, and Valenciano was declared dead at the scene. Steven Hall, the FedEx truck driver, did not sustain injuries. Police have not charged him with any crime, saying that he did what he could to avoid the fatal truck accident.
